Take Note is a new and exciting concert band based in Great Dunmow, Essex. Formed of members who get together over their love and true enjoyment of music. This band is lively, energetic and fun. |

We take the local news from editions of the Herts & Essex Observer newspaper and send a recording to visually impaired people who want to keep in touch with local news. This means that there have been more than 1,500 weekly recordings of our Talking Newspaper so far. Our focus is on Bishop's Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Dunmow, Saffron Walden and the nearby villages. |
› Woodwind of Dunmow |
Woodwind of Dunmow is a group of musicians who came together in 2008 under the leadership of ex-military man and clarinettist Fred Payne. The group is now led by Jerome Cacace and plays a range of tunes and styles, ranging from the original marches we did at the start to popular songs and theme tunes along with some ragtime and jazzy numbers. |
